Manual selection of clusters, for high quality wines. We Have different capacities of fermentation ponds, vats with cold and heat nets, to ensure an optimum temperature throughout the process. Complete laboratory tests are performed for musts and wines, including HACCP Certification.

We have a total capacity of nearly 10 Million liters of vinification, with different great ammount tanks sizes, and a big number of new and second hand use French and American Oak Barrels , that allows us to produce really outstanding wines.
